Really really nice stay and favourable location.
New place for great price. Clean property right by local restaurants and driving conditions, a farm near Hofn, and the glacier. Warm welcome from host. Bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets.

The apartment at Sefdalur Studio is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a beach lover like me. I loved the private entrance to the apartment. It made me feel like I had my own little beach retreat. The studio has a lovely seating area where I could relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Having a microwave in the studio was really convenient for heating up quick beach snacks. The kitchenware provided in the studio made it easy for me to cook my own beachside meals.
Personally, I would have preferred if the studio had a bathtub instead of just a shower.

The host at Sefdalur Studio Apartment was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Despite arriving late and not being able to contact her, she met me outside and helped me with check-in. She even showed me the road conditions in the morning for my drive ahead. Very helpful and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.
Felt very well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

The apartment was mind-blowingly modern and chic, exceeding our expectations. We loved the well-equipped kitchen, large showering area, and the fact that scented products weren't used for cleaning. The owner's personal touch and easy check-in/out made our stay super convenient. The location, near the Ring Road and between the town and the beach, was jaw-droppingly perfect. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The apartment at Sefdalur Studio is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a young traveler like me. I loved the seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The dining area was great for enjoying meals, and the bathroom with the shower and hairdryer was convenient.
While I absolutely enjoyed my stay, I personally found the lack of a stove in the studio a bit disappointing. However, I understand that others might not mind this and still find the microwave and kitchenware provided sufficient for their needs.

The black sand dunes and the majestic Vestrahorn mountain provided the perfect backdrop for our family photos. The kids were in awe of the unique landscapes, and we made unforgettable memories together.
My kids wished there was a small playground or outdoor play area for them to run around and burn off some energy.

The apartment has a cozy seating area where you can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I didn't find the absence of a stove or full kitchen setup in the studio ideal for preparing elaborate meals.

They loved the outdoor play area with its colorful slides, swings, and climbing structures. It was the perfect spot for them to run around and burn off some energy while we relaxed on the nearby benches. The atmosphere was fun and inviting, making it a great place for families with young kids.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been even better if there had been a restroom facility closer to "The Hidden Playground". It would have saved us some time and hassle, especially with little ones.

The apartment was more modern and stylish than shown in the photos! The scented-free cleaning products were a plus. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious showering area were great. The owner personally assisted us and gave recommendations. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location outside the town was convenient along the Ring Road. Exceeded expectations!
The property was a bit pricey, but that's Iceland for you. Great for a longer stay to make better use of the facilities.

The mountain view from our room was lovely, and we were close to fine attractions like Stokksnes/Vestrahorn. The provided coffee machine and pods were a nice touch, although we had to buy cream in town. The spaciousness and comfy couch added to our enjoyable stay.

My husband and I stayed at Sefdalur Studio for two days and we couldn't have been happier. The host was incredibly kind and upgraded us to a larger apartment free of charge. The location was perfect for exploring the stunning Vestrahorn mountain and we even got to see the Northern Lights! The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had breathtaking views. The kitchen was well-equipped and we felt right at home. our experience at Sefdalur Studio was absolutely fantastic!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
